- First thing you notice when you go to a person's social media account is their profile picture.
- Fewer and fewer people forget about adding a background photo as it plays an important role in attracting viewers.
- You should always update your job title because it is one of the key criteria recruiters use to search for candidates.
- Some people don't pay much attention to their summary which is a mistake because recruiters prefer checking those to reading CVs as they are more concise.
- The more skills you add the better because they show what you are good at, but make sure they are relevant to the job you are looking for.
- People with whom you are connected is your network. However, some say you shouldn't accept everybody who comes your way.
- It's good to be active on social media to get noticed and you are active on LinkedIn by posting or sharing content.
- The thing that gives credibility to you as a prospect employee, client or co-operator is a recommendation you get from a former employer or business partner.
- When you are new to the world of work you obviously won't have a lot of professional experiecne. Therefore, you should include information about your education, voluntary projects and training.
✍️ 수업 후기
오늘로써 영어수업 10회차를 달성했다. (실제로는 14회차) airish 선생님과의 수업에서 아주 큰 만족도를 느끼고 있다. 특히 natural한 표현들과 상황별로 더 맞는 표현들을 배울 수 있어서 너무 좋았다. 또한 헷갈리는 부분이나 조금 더 배워야 할 부분들을 숙제로 내주는 점도 아주 만족 스러웠다. 괜찮으면 airish 선생님과 쭉 영어를 배우고 싶다.
또한 Preply에서 제공하는 아래의 성취도를 보면서 내 영어 능력이 얼마나 늘었는지도 볼 수 있어서 학습 의지를 더 이끌어 주는 것 같다.
